What’s so useful about good colleagueship? Cooperation lies at the heart of every work community’s performance. We are always dependent on others whenever we try to accomplish things. Colleagueship is about the cooperative relationships that you are part of everyday, and the atmosphere in which people cooperate. Each daily encounter affects the entire community’s success. For this reason, colleagueship is a central resource of any community.
